I may not be the smartest guy out there but i hold my own.Personally i think your site stinks as a first time user.A lot of how good we are going on but little on the actual video part of how to use it.I had trouble even finding any video and that i did was unable to view without patches for whatever reason.Hate to say it but even You Tube or any good web sites selling products take my vote.Hope this helps "The Cause" and just thought i'd let you know.

Hi Peter -
Thanks for your comment. I'm sorry you're having trouble with the platform, but the following sites offer some great resources to help you familiarize yourself with product features. First, check out the Student Support Center on the Maricopa Community College website here: http://www.maricopa.edu/blackboard/support/students/index.php

If you are looking for additional tutorials, I encourage you to also check out the student section of Blackboard's On-Demand Learning Center: http://ondemand.blackboard.com/students.htm

Should you have further questions, feel free to email me directly:

Thanks! Andrea
