Thank you for getting this news out as soon as was reasonable. I too am hoping that the acquisition will allow BB to innovate and take some risks that are consistent with the companies goals

I hope with the Acquisition Blackboard will be forced to go more open and accessible, and deliver underlying quality. E.g. open, usable and extensible REST API's. Good quality browser frontend client side code. Etc. Etc.

Ray...this note is very much appreciated. Looking forward to continuing the conversation as this next chapter edtech and higher ed unfolds. Josh
